Mr. Mohajeran holds two master’s degrees in computer and geotechnical engineering disciplines. He has over 15 years of geotechnical engineering experience from small to large scale infrastructure projects including projects for private and public sectors. Mr. Mohajeran has performed geotechnical engineering calculation, ground improvement design, writing and reviewing geotechnical engineering investigation reports, field investigation, material testing, and field inspection. He has also extensive experience with project management, geotechnical proposals, geotechnical DSA project close outs, quality control of field and laboratory testing reports, business development, and interaction with clients and consultants.
Stephanie has 6 years’ experience in the construction testing and inspection industry. She originally started with Koury in 2013 as the Lead Field Coordinator where she leaned the terminology, procedures and overall structure of the industry. She has been promoted from Lead Field Coordinator to our Marketing Manager and now serves as a Business Development Manager where she utilizes her experiences and knowledge gained through the years to acquire and retain top cliental in both the public and private sectors for the company.
Karyna has over 8 years of experience across many departments at Koury. She has a technical foundation that developed during her 3 years as lead dispatch in the operations department. She was promoted to geotechnical coordinator and later advanced to project administrator with the sales department. As Business Development Manager, she oversees several contracts for K-12 and higher education Districts, private developers, and various public works agencies. Ms. Duran manages construction progress and documentation in relation to the quality control scope. She oversees the project’s cost controls, conducts thorough evaluations of change orders, and manages all project billing. In addition, she upholds extraordinary client satisfaction for many of Koury’s high-profile projects by proactively managing client requests and needs, organizing the necessary staff to address challenges and by addressing any client concerns. Karyna also makes project site visits and facilitates team meetings when needed.
