Constance is an enthusiastic professional with over 5 years of experience in the construction testing and inspection industry. She helps to build strong relationships with various clients while maintaining open lines of communication via on-site meetings, customer service, phone and email correspondences. Ms. Ray reviews bi-monthly invoicing, contracts with several municipalities, private and commercial developments. She manages construction progress and documentation in relation to the quality control scope. She prepares numerous proposals, oversees project cost controls and conducts thorough evaluations of change orders. In addition, she upholds extraordinary client satisfaction for many of Koury’s high-profile projects by proactively managing client requests and needs, organizing the necessary staff to address challenges and by addressing any client concerns. Ms. Ray also makes periodic project site visits and facilitates team meetings when needed.

Claudia Rodriguez

Marketing & Project Administrator

Claudia has over 10 years of construction experience which includes residential and commercial development, state-governed healthcare, educational facilities, and land development. She is an energetic professional who strives for optimal client satisfaction. Claudia’ s experience includes preparing numerous proposals, contracts, change orders, providing quality control on invoice-billing, with emphasis on maintaining outstanding client relations, including, vendor relationships. With Koury, she is serving as project administrator with the sales department where she prepares numerous proposals, oversees project cost controls and conducts thorough evaluations of change orders.

James Garcia

Project Administrator

Mr. Garcia supports the Business Development Team in building strong relationships with clients. James upholds excellent client satisfaction by proactively managing client requests and needs. His daily activity includes preparing proposals, and project oversight. Mr. Garcia was introduced to the Testing and Inspection Industry as an assistant to the Engineers at Koury.

Michael Diaz

Business Development Manager

Mr. Diaz comes to Koury with over 13 years in business development and relationship management experience. His background is in finance, treasury management, and risk mitigation analysis and sales, working with businesses of all sizes, from one-man operations to fortune 500 companies. He holds two bachelor’s degrees in Business Information Systems, and English Literature from Florida Tech University and Cal State University, Fullerton. His focus is in driving new business for Koury in private sector construction.

Damian Becerra

Business Development Manager

Damian has over 10 years of business development and management experience with 5 of those years in the petroleum and fossil fuels industry. He holds multiple degrees in Business Administration and International Business Management and has been a successful small business owner. Mr. Becerra is focused on infrastructure and military projects in Southern California.
